Telltale as we know it has gone through significant changes, but the band is getting back together to start work on The Wolf Among Us 2 on PC (as an Epic Games Store exclusive) and consoles. While the teaser itself is brief, the trailer confirms the return of the series’ iconic faces like Bigby Wolf and Snow White, and hopefully will continue the story that was left off from the series’ first season.įollowing the release of the new teaser trailer, it was confirmed that the development of The Wolf Among Us 2 is resuming under developer AdHoc Studio in collaboration with LCG Entertainment, which is “doing business as Telltale Games” following its acquisition of the company’s name earlier this year. Telltale Games has announced that its highly-anticipated second season of The Wolf Among Us will now launch in 2019, rather than at the end of 2018 as originally planned. However, with the studio’s untimely end, the hopes of seeing a second season for the beloved episodic series quickly came to an end, though it appears that the game is, in fact, still going to become a reality.ĭuring The Game Awards 2019, one of the final announcements of the night came with a surprise announcement that The Wolf Among Us 2 is seemingly alive and still in development, with a new teaser trailer re-revealing the game at the awards ceremony.
